What Content Management System do you use?
WordPress is the most popular CMS in the world. With its focus on developing elegant system functionality and content management for business, WordPress can offer you a lot. We have been doing increasingly more websites with Wix. Wix offers more features and benefits than they did in years’ past, and it’s quickly becoming my favorite platform. We also create storefronts with WordPress, Wix and Shopify.
Do you provide hosting and domain name registration services?
We do provide hosting and domain name registration services. With our hosting services, you can count on: Website Security, Free SSL Certificates to Secure Your Website (https://), Daily Website Backups, Free Email Accounts, Top-Rated WordPress Hosting Support, Extremely Affordable.
What things will you need to start the work?
We need the following things before starting the work: Domain name and hosting login details, if you have a website already; The number of pages that you want (a complete sitemap); The content for all the pagesLogo + Images; Any specific instructions or layout you have in mind; The URL for other websites you like so we can get a feel for your tastes.
How will the website become visible on my domain?
We will migrate the completed website onto your hosting and ensure it is running smoothly. You may continue to make changes and additions thereafter for a period of time.
What if I face any technical issues after the delivery of the website?
You will receive a 30-day warranty. For coverage after that period, you may choose to purchase our Website Maintenance & Support plan. The Website Maintenance & Support plan is provided free of charge when you purchase both our Web Design services as well as at least one of the following: Brand Referral System or Social Referral System.
How will you show progress to me?
We do not provide mock-ups. We use test website domains to develop the website and a live link will be sent to you to check the website and provide feedback. These websites are hidden from the search engines. Once we have pushed the site live to your website, we delete the files on the test sites so there is no duplicate content.
What if I don’t have any content (text + images) ready for my website or pages?
It’s not a problem if you do not have content yet. We will provide you demo content so that you will be able to replace that with your own content in the future. If you want to retain our services to write the content and find images for you, you can purchase our Website Copywriting service.
How long will it take until I receive my website?
The typical website is ready will be delivered to you within 30 days. If your site is an ecommerce site, the delivery date depends on how many products you have in your online store. A typical ecommerce site takes no longer than 6 weeks.
Do I need to create a new website for mobile?
No, you do not. That’s one of the great things about WordPress and Wix. Every website is mobile responsive, which means the webpages conform differently depending on the screen size. When we create your website, we ensure every page looks great on mobile devices as well as laptops, desktops, and tablets.
